Nancy Borg is a Professional Organizer, and owner of Move the Mess. She specializes in Residential and Home Office organization, servicing both Nassau and Suffolk counties. She is a proud member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) as well as a member of a local neighborhood group; Professional Organizers of Long Island (POLI).

Her focus is to provide simple, customized organizing systems that will allow your household to run smoothly and more efficiently. Nancy has been “organizing” her entire life (read her “Diary of a Move” blog to see how a professional organizer moves her own mess!), and decided on making this her professional career.  Her “life” experience of the “Busy Mom” to the “Empty Nester” qualifies her to meet the many challenges that her clients face and struggle with everyday.  She has over 25 years of volunteer experience in the Fundraising arena.  She has spearheaded countless events for a variety of charities and their auctions. Coordinating committee meetings, delegating, supervising, meeting deadlines and paying close attention to detail, were instrumental in their tremendous successes, but could not have been accomplished without her keen sense of organization.  To date, she continues to play an integral part in Fundraising Event planning.

Nancy is both the motivator and facilitator to help her clients navigate through any organizing issue.  She has integrated her Psychology background with her acute organizational skills, and provides the essential tools for her clients to improve the quality of their lives.
